1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website https://www.bookfair.mom (the Site) and any services provided by Songyuan Book Fair Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Book Fair, we, us, or our), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Services

Book Fair offers computer systems design and related services, including but not limited to software architecture, cloud infrastructure, embedded systems, security consulting, and performance optimization. The specific scope of any project will be defined in a separate service agreement. These Terms govern the use of the Site generally; additional contractual terms may apply to specific engagements.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Site are owned by Book Fair or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Any code, designs, or deliverables provided as part of our services remain the intellectual property of Book Fair until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as defined in the applicable service agreement.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site or services.
  • Use the Site to send unsolicited communications (spam).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment and Fees

Fees for services are set forth in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in a written agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book Fair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Book Fair, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or services, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 11 of these Terms shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of Songyuan City, Jilin Province.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
